What was the highlight of TH BonRoyal Hotel
A neat, good & value-for-money hotel with a Spa, a few metres away from Bole International Airport.
A value-for money hotel which is close to the airport (less than 10 minutes drive away) and neat. The neighborhood was well lit and appeared safe at night. I liked the free airport shuttle service. My room was spacious, clean, well-insulated, had free toiletries as well as complimentary tea items and bottled water, and a balcony. The water heater worked well during my stay. The hotel's staff were friendly, professional, welcoming and could speak understand and speak English. The internet worked well. I was able to attend online meetings without internet disruptions. I liked the spa (which was open round the clock) and the gym. I wouldn't mind staying here again, when next I visit Addis.
The balcony was quite tiny and there appeared not be that many shops or pubs nearby.

Average room, comfortable bed, nice staff, ok breakfast, <10 mins from airport
Only one towel, some lights didn’t work, major construction zone outside of reception (this was our view), no hair dryer

Very Good
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is close to airport. I got to use the steam and i highly recommend if you ever chose to stay.
Could be cleaner in the rooms.
